The hotel offers stunning ocean views and a welcoming environment for families. The spacious rooms are clean and comfortable, though the hallway had a noticeable cigarette smell at times. The onsen experience was lovely, and the dining options were impressive, especially the kaiseki dinner. However, the absence of non-smoking rooms was a downside.
